How To Hear Your Intuition + Intuition Owl Art

When we are present and not ruminating about the past or worrying about the future, we can hear our intuition. Our intuition may be warning us about a person or situation, or nudging us to take an action that will better our lives.

I think I’ve spent probably 75% of my time or more not being in the present and overthinking something. No wonder I’ve been ‘stuck’ for much of my life playing out the same patterns. I am a couple months in to changing these patterns and there’s already good changes taking place. I’ve been working on being present, slowing down, repeating affirmations about how I want my life to be and studying the law of attraction and reprogramming the subconscious mind. The changes are that I am feeling happier, enjoying life, better relationships with family, co-workers and friends and I’ve had a couple of decent unexpected money manifestations. I’m excited to see how this progresses.
