Look for experiences, people and things that you love.
When driving I look for things I love and when I see them, I say it out loud. The colors of the trees. A pretty car. When someone lets me in a lane. I do this at work too. I do it whenever I think about it.
I also think about and visualize my dream home (Attract Your Dream Home).
I repeat affirmations I’ve made about my life. Writing Your Own Affirmations for Better Results
I listen to affirmations when I sleep.
When I catch myself going negative about world events or personal problems, I try to find something positive about any situation and see it from that angle.
I probably sound like a polly-anna skipping through the tulips. But that is not so. I just went a long time down a negative road and decided I don’t want to live like that anymore so I’m in training to a better life.
It is making a difference. I feel so much better. I am truly enjoying my job (rather than grumbling all the time about it). I have noticed at work people are more friendly with me and even come up and start conversations. Other relationships have also improved. I’m getting more creative ideas for my art and blog. Feeling good, rather than being in anxiety or upset about everything. I wouldn’t trade it for the world and I’m excited to see how much more life improves – I’m only a couple months into my training.
