I’ve never been a fan of oven fries until I tried these. Adding flour and seasonings to the oil makes all the difference! The flour gives them a tasty crispy coating and the inside of the fries is creamy and delicious! I am including the video below for how to make them. I followed everything she did except I did not add parmesan cheese (I didn’t have any) and I don’t think I ever will need to since these turned out so GOOD! I also used slightly different spices since I didn’t have some of what she had. Lastly, I cut the potatoes different; I cut them in half, then made about 1/2″ lengthwise slices from each half. These are even better than deep-fried fries! While you are there, check out her other cooking videos… she is a wonderful cook!
To go with these I made a fry sauce with 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise, 1 Tbsp. ketchup, 2 tsp. Siracha, 1/2 tsp garlic & onion powder and 1/2 tsp. pepper. Just mix them all together.
