Saturday night I got a craving for candy but didn’t have any so I looked around for an easy candy recipe and found this. Extremely quick and easy. There’s only a little cool time. The fudge begins to harden as your pour it into the dish.
Over medium-high heat, bring to a boil 2 cups sugar and 1/2 cup milk, stirring occasionally. Boil for 2 1/2 minutes then take it off the heat and add 1 tsp. vanilla and 3/4 cup peanut butter. Whisk until smooth and pour into a greased 8″ baking dish. It begins to harden right away. If you want it to cool faster, stick it in the fridge.

Fudge is so yummy and is my favorite candy! 😋 I make a similar fudge recipe, except it’s keto-friendly. Even though I don’t do Keto personally, I try to make my desserts as low carb as possible!
